Family History
My family were once the Doctors in Lydd. Some of the older population may remember the Doctor Procters. Anyway I am trying to find a photograph of the old family home The Paddocks before it was re-developed.Also any information anyone may have of their time in Lydd.

Many Thanks

Brooklands European Championship
I'm living near Marseille in France. I must come to Brooklands from July 12 pm to July 20 am with my wife. I'm the Freanch Team Manager for European Championship of radio commanded cars 1/5 th scale. We would like to find a hotel, or a family shelter in which we could have a half board, that is with suppers and breakfasts. My Wife not speaking English, she has to have the possibility of being able to remain spot, certain days to base or take the sun calmly.I am not sure whether it is here that I have to address, but this site is communicated by the organizers of the Championship in Brooklands. Would it be possible to you to make us several tariff propositions, and give us the e-mails addresses of hotels or shelters. Then we shall contact them ourselves. We have to be closer possible of Brooklands, because my days will be very long, for all week.I thank you in advance for the reception which you will want to reserve for my request, and stay looking forward to your answer or to your advice. I clarify that we do not look for anything luxurious, but above all practical and nice. We are all 59-year-old two, and are not thus "cabaret artists".
Very best regards.
